Information we collect

We also collect standard technical information generated when a browser requests a page, such as IP address, user agent and requested path, for security and reliability purposes.

How we use information

Contact information is used to reply to your enquiry and, where a working relationship follows, to administer that engagement. Technical information is used to operate the site securely.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry content for advertising.

Client data during engagements

During client engagements, data handling is governed by the contract and data processing terms agreed with that client, including any restrictions on model providers, data residency and retention.

Argbit does not use client data to train third-party models unless a client explicitly instructs it in writing.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the commercial relationship, then deleted. Engagement data is retained according to the relevant contract.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Requests can be sent to privacy@argbit.com and will be answered within the period required by applicable law.
